Chicken Aur Badam Kay Samosay

Ingredients:

  • Samosa wraps 12
  • Boneless chicken boti 8
  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Almonds chopped 10-12
  • Lemons 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Egg whites 2
  • Chopped cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Grate cottage cheese.
  2. Now mix almonds, green chilies, black pepper, cumin, salt, lemon, chicken and mint leaves in cheese.
  3. Now fill each samosa wrap with mixture.
  4. Then dip in eggs whites and close it.
  5. Then heat oil in wok and fry samosay until golden brown.
  6. Then take out samosay on tissue paper so that oil absorbs.

Chicken Aur Badam Kay Samosay is tasty samosay. Chicken, almonds and cottage cheese are used. Closed with egg whites and deep fried. Make in Ramadan.
