Bread Cheese Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

• Boiled chicken 100 gm
• Bread slices 1 packet
• Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
• Yogurt 3 tbsp
• Cheese 100 gm
• All spice powder 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tbsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Corn flour as required
  

Direction:

1. Fla bread slices with dough roller.
   
2. Now mix cheese, chicken, yogurt, all spice powder, red chili powder, turmeric and salt nicely.
3. Then put on bread slices and roll it.
4. Then dip in eggs.
5. Roll in corn flour and dry in hot oil.
