Cold Lemon Souffle With Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3
  • Lemon juice fresh 1/4 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 3 tbsp

For Orange Sauce:

  • Water 2 cups
  • Orange powder 5 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1-1/2 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook until thick and close stove.
  2. Now take out egg whites.
  3. Beat egg yolks with lemon juice and sugar and cook on low flame.
  4. Then dissolve gelatin in water and add in yolks mixture.
  5. Then beat cream.
  6. Now fold cream and egg whites in egg yolks mixture.
  7. Now take out in dish and keep in refrigerator.
  8. Serve with orange sauce.

Cold Lemon Souffle With Orange Sauce is delightful & delicious dessert. Souffle is prepared with eggs, lemon juice and fresh cream. Serve with orange sauce.
