Chinese Special Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Brown rice boiled 1-1/2 cup
  • Boiled chicken boneless 150 gm
  • Prawns 150 gm
  • Egg whites 1-2
  • Garlic crushed 3-4 cloves
  • Green onion chopped 4
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds crushed 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nut roasted 1/2 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Now heat oil in frying pan, add garlic, green onion, red chilies, mustard seeds, cumin and green chilies and fry on high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Now put chicken, prawns and peas and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Then add boiled rice and fry it nicely on high flame for 2 minutes.
  5. Now put egg whites, cook for 1-2 minutes, add cabbage, soya sauce and brown sugar, mix all ingredients nicely on high flame and take out in serving dish.
  6. Then garnish with cashew nut and served.

Chinese Special Rice is delicious dish. It is prepared with brown rice, chicken, prawns and green chilies. Cooked, garnished with cashew nut and served.
