Kofta Mash Ki Daal

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Raw onion 1
  • Crushed brown onion 2 tbsp
  • Almonds chopped 6
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour roasted 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2

For Masala:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes slice 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Onions chopped 2
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Mash daal boiled 200 gm
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  1. For koftay: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it nicely.
  2. Now make koftay and fry it.
  3. For masala: Heat oil in pan and fry onions until slightly brown.
  4. Now add spices and tomatoes and fry it nicely.
  5. Then put mash daal and 1 cup water, cover it and cook it until oil comes up.
  6. Then put koftay and simmer it.
  7. Serve with roti or naan.

Kofta Mash Ki Daal is tasty dish. Then combination of kofta and mash ki daal is delicious. Koftay is prepared with mince, almonds & breads slices, blended and fried. Then cooked with mash daal and serve with naan.
