Ingredients:

For Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped mushrooms 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Oregano leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Boiled lasagna strips 6
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp

For Cheese Sauce:

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 4 tbsp

For Tomato Sauce:

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/ tsp
  • Oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch

Direction:

  1. For filling: Heat oil in pan and fry onion until soft.
  2. Then put garlic paste and chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Now put maida, salt, black pepper, oregano, mushrooms, cream and 1/2 cup water and cook until thick.
  4. For tomato sauce: Heat oil in pan and fry onion for 2 minutes.
  5. Now put garlic and tomato paste and stir it slowly slowly.
  6. Then put 1/2 cup water and cook until thick.
  7. For assemble: Grease long square dish and make layer of 3 lasagna sheets.
  8. Then put half chicken, half cheese sauce and half tomato sauce and spread it.
  9. Now keep remaining lasagna sheets and spread remaining chicken, cheese sauce and tomato sauce.
  10. Then make layer of cheese, put capsicum and onion and grill for 10 minutes.

Lasagna is tasty dish. Pasta, chicken, cheese sauce and tomato sauce are layered. Then topped with cheese, capsicum & tomato and baked.
