Spicy Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Carrots finely chopped 2
  • Capsicum finely chopped 2
  • Green chilies long chopped 6
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Yellow color few
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mushroom slice 1 tin
  • Green onion leaves finely chopped 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves finely chopped 4

Direction:

  1. Wash rice and soak it.
  2. Now boil it pot.
  3. Also put vinegar and salt.
  4. When it boils, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now heat oil in wok and fry garlic until golden brown.
  6. Mix yellow color and crushed red chili in eggs, beat it, put in oil and stir it fast.
  7. When it becomes pieces, take it out and keep it aside.
  8. Now put carrot, capsicum and mushroom and stir fry it.
  9. Then put vinegar, soya sauce and brown sugar.
  10. Then add rice and stir it fast.
  11. When it mixed nicely, put sesame oil.
  12. Then take out in dish, put eggs and green onion leaves and serve.

Spicy Fried Rice is delicious dish. It is prepared with rice, vegetables, eggs and mushrooms. Topped with green onion and serve with kheeray ka raita.
