Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ice cream sticks as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, lemon juice and salt in chopper and make paste.
  2. Put paste on ice cream sticks and give shape of ice cream.
  3. Heat oil in pan, fry sticks and take out in tissue paper so that oil absorbs.
  4. Then take out in platter and serve with salad leaves and lemon.

Fish Bar is amazing dish. Chicken is chopped with sauce, white pepper, black pepper & lemon juice. Then put on ice cream sticks and fried. Served with salad leaves and lemon.
