Egg Biscuits is very popular and common biscuits in Pakistan. Make it at home.


  • Maida 250 gm
  • Butter 400 gm
  • Maida 250 gm
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 4 drops


  1. Mix sugar with butter nicely.
  2. Then beat egg whites and yolks separately.
  3. Then mix egg whites and yolks together and add vanilla essence.
  4. Then mix maida and baking powder in bowl.
  5. Then mix butter, milk and egg mixture nicely.
  6. Then cut with round cookie dough and set in baking tray.
  7. Then bake in oven on 180 degrees C until light brown for about 10 minutes.
  8. Then take it out and cool it completely.
  9. Then store in air container.
  10. When use, take out in plate and serve with tea.

Egg Biscuits is prepared with maida, eggs, milk, butter and sugar. Mixed together, cut in round shape and baked. Serve with tea.
