Fish Burger Recipe

Fish Burger is very popular fast food in Pakistan. It is prepared in many methods. Make it in your own method and surprise your children.


  • Boneless fish fillet 4
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Maida as required
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Tomato slices 1
  • Cucumber slices 1
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Cheese slice as required
  • Tartar sauce as required
  • Tomato Ketchup as required
  • Burger buns 4
  • Oil 2 tbsp

For Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber pickle 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Onion pickle chopped 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tsp
  • Egg white 1 boiled


  1. Put fish, black pepper, crushed red chilies, salt and lemon juice in bowl and marinate fish for 5 minutes.
  2. Then coat fish with flour nicely and then dip in beaten egg.
  3. Then coat with bread crumbs nicely.
  4. Then heat oil in pan and fry fish fillet on both sides on medium-high flame until golden.
  5. Then cut burger buns into halves.
  6. Then heat little oil in pan and warm buns.
  7. Then spread tomato ketchup on one part of bun and spread tartar sauce on second part of bun.
  8. Then keep salad leaves, cheese slice, fish fillet, tomato slice and cucumber slice on one part of bun and cover with second part of bun.
  9. Prepare remaining burgers like this.
  10. Then serve hot with french fries and ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
  11. For tartar sauce: Put all ingredients in bowl and mix it nicely.

Fish Burger is tasty fast food. Boneless fish fillet is marinated with spices and lemon juice. Then coated with maida, dipped in eggs, coated with bread crumbs and fried. Then kept in burger buns with tomato, cucumber, salad leaves, cheese, ketchup & mayonnaise and served with french fries & ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
