Chicken Manchurian is Chinese dish. You must try this recipe at home for change.


For Chicken Marination:

  • Chicken cubes 375 gm
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pineapple cubes 6
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp


  1. For chicken marination: Marinate chicken with vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper and corn flour nicely and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry chicken until light golden brown.
  3. Then take it out and keep it aside.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil in wok and sauté ginger paste and garlic paste.
  5. Then add onion and fry until pink.
  6. Then add capsicum and pineapple and fry for few seconds.
  7. Then add fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, pineapple juice, white pepper, black pepper and salt, mix it nicely and cook it for 5 minutes.
  8. Then mix corn flour with little water, add in sauce and cook more for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Then heat sizzler plate
  10. When ready, take out in sizzler plate, garnish with spring onion and serve with Chinese fried rice.

Chicken Manchurian is tasty Chinese dish. Chicken is marinated with sauce, vinegar & spices and deep fried. Then sauce is prepared with tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, capsicum, onion, pineapples, pineapple juice, spices & corn flour and cooked. Then served in hot sizzler plate with Chinese fried rice.
