Ingredients for Badami Bhindi:

  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black peppercorn 1 tsp
  • SAlt to taste
  • Whole dry red chillies 8-10
  • Lemon 2
  • Almonds (Boiled) 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Qasoori Murgh Malai:

  • Chicken 1
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green chilli 6
  • Fresh cream 1/2 packet
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Seviyan Ki Kulfi:

  • Fresh milk 1 litre
  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 8
  • Pistachio chopped 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Almond crushed 20-25
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
