Beef pepper steak

Ingredients;

  • Beef tenderloin                 1 kg
  • Crushed black pepper   1tbsp
  • Garlic                                1 tbsp
  • Onion                                3 tbsp
  • Milk                                     2cup
  • Flour                                 1 tbsp
  • Salt                                       1 tsp
  • Oil                                      4 tbsp

Method;

  1. Cut beef tenderlion in cubes.
  2. Marinate it with salt , mustard paste and black pepper for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan ,  fry the beef cubed steaks in it.
  4. Cook for 20 mins or till well done,  then take out in a platter .
  5. In the same pan , heat oil ,  fry garlic and onion.
  6. Add flour and saute for 2 mins.
  7. Add milk while stirring ,  so that it doesnot form any lumps.
  8. Now add salt and crushed black pepper.
  9. Cook till you get the desired consistency.
  10. Pour over the steaks.

Baked vegetables

Ingredients;

  • Potato            2 
  • Carrot            1
  • Green peas  1 cup
  • Cauliflower 2  cup
  • French bean 1 cup
  • Turnip            1 cup
  • Oil                   3 tbsp
  • Salt                   1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Method;

  1. Cut all the veggies and season with salt pepper .
  2. In a baking tray spray oil,  spread the veggies and bake for 5 mins .
  3. Serve with beef steak.
