WHITE MARBLE SOUP

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Chicken Stock 1 liter
  • Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic and onion and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add prawns and mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then add white pepper, chopped red chili and salt and put butter.
  4. Then add flour and fry it nicely.
  5. When all ingredients are mixed together, add chicken stock and cook until it becomes thick.
  6. In end, add cream, cook it for 1 to 2 minutes and dish out it.
  7. Garnish with green coriander or parsley and serve it.

CRISPY CHICKEN FILLET

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut chicken fillet.
  2. Now in one mixing bowl, put garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili, black pepper, oyster sauce, all spice powder, carom seeds and salt, mix them all nicely and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Now dip marinated chicken pieces into egg one by one.
  4. Now put cornflour and deep fry it and deep fry on low flame.
  5. In end, place on serving dish and serve it.

SAUSAGES RICE

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 300 gm
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Chicken sausages 2-3
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Bay leaves 3-4
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Clean rice, wash it and soak for 3 hours.
  2. Now boil them hard and keep aside.
  3. Then heat oil in pan, fry garlic and onion.
  4. Add chicken sausages for frying.
  5. Then add tomato, bay leaves, olives and black pepper and roast it.
  6. When the tomato tenders  add rice, stock and cook until tender.
  7. When rice cooks, dish out and serve it.
