Ingredients for Hyderabadi Daccan Ka Haleem:

  • Meat 750 gm
  • Marrow, Bones 750 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 100 gm
  • Salt 2 tbsp

For Pre Cooking:

  • Wheat 1-1/2 cup
  • Green gram 1/4 cup
  • Black gram 1/2 cup
  • Gram lentil 1/2 cup

For Special Haleem Masala:

  • Black pepper 4 tbsp
  • Kebab chini 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seed 2 tbsp
  • Black cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 18-20
  • Clove 10
  • Cinnamon 5-6
  • Dry rose petals 25-30
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut paste 4-5 tbs[
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Green chilli, Ginger for garnish
  • Coriander, Lemon for garnish
  • Sheermal 4

Ingredients for Sabeel Ka Sharbat:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Green jelly 1 packet
  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Basil seeds 2 tbsp
  • Ice as required
  • Pistachio, Almond 1/4 cup
