Ingredients for Dum Ka Keema:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Raw papaya 5 tbsp
  • White cumin 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp heaped
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 4 tsp
  • All spice 1-1/2 tsp
  • Brown onion crushed 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Ginger Julian 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon 2

Ingredients for Masaly Dar Mash:

  • White lentil 200 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole red chillies 8
  • Turmeric 3/4 tsp
  • Water 1-1/2 cup

For Bhagar:

  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • All spice powder 3/4 tsp
  • White cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Mint leaves 12
  • Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Chicken White Handi:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 4 grinded
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 3 (chopped)
