Ingredients for Hareera:

  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Almonds 150 gm
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Small cardamom 3-4
  • Khoya 100 gm
  • Sugar as required
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Achari Keema Paratha:

  • Chicken mince 200 gm
  • Yogurt 100 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Paratha:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Clarified butter to fry
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Karahi Butter Chicken:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 3-4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Onion 2
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 5-6
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
