Ingredients for Urdhia:

  • White lentil plain flour 250 gm
  • White lentil chopped plain flour 250 gm
  • Ghee 1/2 kg
  • Caster sugar 1/2 kg
  • Gond 125 gm
  • Pistachio 65 gm
  • Almond 65 gm

Ingredients for Karela Keema:

  • Onion 4
  • Mince 1 kg
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 2 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Tomato 3
  • Bitter gourd 1 kg
  • Fennel 2 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Tamarind juice 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 4-6
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
