Ingredients for Palak Chicken:

  • Chicken/ chicken wings  400 grams
  • Spinach 2 bunches
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Medium sized tomatoes  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1 piece
  • Black cardamom  1
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Ginger Julian  1 tbsp

Ingredients for Coconut Mint Rice:

  • Basmati rice 2 cups
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Bay leaf  1
  • Whole cumin  1 tsp
  • Clove 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

For Chutney:

  • Mint 1 cup
  • Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies 3-4

Ingredients for Steamed Fish With Orange Sauce:

  • Red snapper fillet  500 gm
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Orange juice  3 tbsp
  • Orange zest  1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 clove
  • Butter  2 tbsp
  • Orange juice  1/4 cup
  • Ginger  2 slices
  • Fresh parsley  2 tbsp
