Ingredients for Golden Chicken Nuggets:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup blended onion
  • 1/2 tsp blended garlic
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 cup crumbs
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Mix mayonnaise, milk, cumin, blended onion, blended garlic and red chilli powder in one bowl.
  2. Now dip boneless chicken in mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Now grease tray with 1 tbsp oil.
  4. Then roll boneless chicken in crumbs and bake for 8-10 minutes on 180 degrees C.

Ingredients for Oreo Chocolate Mousse:

For Chocolate Mousse:

  • 8 ounce chocolate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups cream

For Serving:

  • 2 cups chocolate mousse
  • 3 cups black creamed biscuits
  • 1/2 cup cream

Method:

  1. Mix butter and 1/4 cup water and chocolate in double boiler until chocolate melts. Now keep it aside.
  2. Now beat egg yolks, sugar and 1/4 cup water in one sauce pan on low flame until it becomes fluffy.
  3. Now add in chocolate mixture.
  4. Now fold in cream and leave for set until mousse is ready.
  5. Now, while serving, first make layer of black creamed biscuits in dessert cups. Then put chocolate mousse. Then again make layer of black creamed biscuits on top, put chocolate mousse on top, put beaten cream, sprinkle chopped biscuits and serve.

Ingredients for Nihari:

  • Beef boiled 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon 2
  • Star anise 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Stock 4 cups
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Dry ginger powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
  • Mace 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Fennel seed 2 tsp
  • Wheat flour 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Roast nutmeg, mace, fennel seeds, dry ginger powder, star anise and cumin seeds in pan and grind it.
  2. Now mix chilli powder, turmeric, salt, fennel seeds and all spice powder and divide into 2 portions.
  3. Then heat oil in one pan and fry ginger garlic paste.
  4. Now dissolve remaining masala in cup water, put in it and roast it nicely.
  5. After that, add boiled beef bong and roast more.
  6. After that, put stock and cook it. when it boils, roast wheat flour, dissolve in water and add in it. Then cook for 10 minutes. Now close stove.
  7. Heat remaining oil in pan, do onion brown and close stove. Then put remaining masala, give tarka on nihari and enjoy delicious nihari.
