Ingredients for Semolina Lemon Chocolate Cake:

  • Semolina  200 gm
  • Egg  3
  • Baking powder  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  200 gm
  • Lemon skin 1 tsp
  • Almonds  100 gm
  • Milk  125 ml
  • Butter  150 gm
  • Lemon juice  1/4 cup
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  few drops
  • Cooking chocolate  200 gm

Method:

  1. First put the chopped almonds.
  2. Then add almonds, semolina, lemon skin, baking powder mix it well and keep it on a side.
  3. Now put the sugar, butter in a bowl and mix it well.
  4. When the sugar is saturated then add egg, when they all are mixed well then add semolina mixture slowly.
  5. When it becomes ready then put it in cake mold, bake it for 40 to 45 minutes on 180 degree C.
  6. Then put the sugar, lemon juice, cooking chocolate, vanilla essence in a pan then heat it.
  7. When the sugar is saturated, then spread the syrup on cake mold then serve.

Ingredients for Spinach Filled Pockets:

  • Chicken breast  2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • White pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Worcester sauce  1 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Spinach  1 small
  • Cottage cheese  100 gm
  • Salt  as required
  • White pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Flour   2 tbsp
  • Milk  250 ml
  • Salt   to taste
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder  a pinch
  • Green chilies  2
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  1 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First open the chicken breast like a open book, spread it with the help of hammer.
  2. Now marinate the chicken by sprinkling salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped white chili, mustard paste, worcester sauce, oregano and keep it on a side.
  3. Now boil the spinach in water, take it out and cool it, make its chops.
  4. Then add white chili, salt, cottage cheese in center of chicken and close it.
  5. Now pour oil in a pan, put chicken breast, shallow fry its both sides. When both sides changes its color then tale it out in a plate.
  6. Pour oil in a pan, add flour and roast it nicely, then pour milk, salt, chopped black pepper, green chili, lemon juice, worcester sauce, pinch of nutmeg powder cook it well.
  7. When the sauce starts to thick then put the slice of chicken breast on platter, pour sauce on it.
