Ingredients For Takatak Tomato Pulao:   
  
Rice  2 cups   
Chopped tomatoes 4   
Chopped onion  3   
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp   
Green chilies 6   
Lemons  2   
Black pepper  1 tsp   
Black cumin 1 tsp   
Oil as required   
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp   
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch    
For Stock:   
  
Fennel seeds  1 tsp   
Coriander seeds  1 tbsp   
Ginger  1 piece   
Garlic 1   
Onion  1   
All spice  as required   
Salt  to taste   
Water 3 cups    
Method:   
  
First put fennel seeds, whole coriander, ginger, garlic, onion, whole garam masala, salt and water to make the stock.   
Now pour oil as needed heat it well add chopped onions make them golden brown, take out the half onions.   
Put half onions, ginger garlic paste, black cumin, for roast it filter the stock.   
When the smell comes up then add rice and salt.   
When the water dries then simmer it.   
Then place it on a pan, add tomatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper, lemon juice, oil and roast them all.   
After that mix it with rice.   
In the end put mint, green chilies, chopped ginger garlic and fried onions then serve.      
Ingredients For Malai Murgh:   
  
Chicken fillet  4   
Ginger powder  1 tbsp   
Salt  to taste   
Fresh cream  1 packet   
Black pepper 1 tsp   
White pepper  1 tsp   
Cream  1 tbsp   
Oil/ butter as required   
Papaya paste 1 tsp    
Method:   
  
First make 2 pieces of chicken fillet.   
Now add salt, chopped ginger, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper, yogurt, fresh cream mix it and keep it for a while.   
Then pour oil in a pan, add chicken fillet and fry it.   
When water dries, then pour oil on its top then serve it hot.      
Ingredients For Bread Rolls:   
  
Chicken mince 250 gm   
Bread slices 1   
Egg whites  2   
Green chilies  6   
Boiled potatoes  1/2 kg   
Green coriander  1 bunch   
Bread crumbs  1 packet   
Cottage cheese  1 packet   
Black pepper  1 tsp   
Corn flour 1 tbsp   
Soya sauce  2 tbsp   
Oil  as required   
Salt  to taste    
Method:   
  
First put the boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them.   
Now put the chicken mince sprinkle salt, dry its water.   
Then cut the bread slices from its sides then put the dry mince minx them in chopper.   
Now add soya sauce, boiled potatoes, soya sauce, chopped black pepper, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and cottage cheese mix it well.   
After that make rolls, dip it into egg white and paste and egg crumbs.   
In the end pour oil deep fry them, take them out when they turn to golden brown.   
Then serve it with tomato ketchup.
