Ingredients For Baked Gobi & Baigan Masala:

  • Cauliflower  1 kg
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  3 to 4 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Salt  to taste

For Masala Paste:

  • Egg plant 1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Gorag pan 10 gm
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Clove  4 to 5
  • Black pepper  5 to 6
  • Green cardamom  2 to 3
  • Cinnamon 2 to 3
  • Yogurt  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil  3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients for Matar Phali Rice:

  • Boiled rice 300 gm
  • Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  • Green beans 150 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Green chillies 5
  • Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
  • Clove 3-4
  • Water chest nut 5 gm
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
