Ingredients For Roasted Chicken In Mexican Sauce:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Oil  4 tbsp

For Making sauce:

  • Boiled tomatoes  3
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind juice  4 tbsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Fresh red chilies 4
  • Baisal Leaves  6

Ingredients For Apple And Biscuit Custard:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Chopped biscuit 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard  2 tbsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Lemons juice  2 tbsp
  • Chopped apples  2 cups
  • Chopped cashew   1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp

Ingredients For Dahi Dhuwan Bhindi:

  • Lady finger  1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 kg
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Green chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fried cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  2 tsp

For Tarka:

  • Round chili  6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  10
  • Oil  for frying
  • Green coriander/ chili as required
