Mango Fry Noodles, Mango Pudding And Choco Mango Cool Delight by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Mango Pudding:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Egg  2-3
  • Mango paste 200 gm
  • Icing sugar  100 gm
  • Coconut powder  4 tbsp
  • China grass  25 gm

For Caramel:

  • Sugar  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour water, add sugar, cook it well until it becomes caramel.
  2. Now pour water in a pan, add china grass.
  3. Then pour milk, mango paste, cream, coconut powder, eggs, sugar and cook it well.
  4. Now add butter, add caramel then filling.
  5. Then put it into oven proof glass, heat it to 200 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes bake it well.
  6. Now take it out, when the chopped becomes cool then take it out from mold.
  7. In the end serve it with mango slices.

Ingredients For Mango Fry Noodles:

  • Mangoes 1
  • Beef  250 gm
  • Egg noodles  1/2 packet
  • Egg 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce  1 tbsp
  • Red chili paste 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green coriander  to garnish

Method:

For making noodles:

  1. Boil water in a pan.
  2. Add add noodles in water for boiling cool its water.
  3. When the temperature turns to normal then filter it, so that all water drains.
  4. Now pour oil , ready the noodles.
  5. Then pour oil in a pan, heat it add chopped garlic, chopped onions, beef, stir fry it well.
  6. Now add tomatoes, roast it well.
  7. Then add worcester sauce, soya sauce, chopped black pepper, red chili paste, salt cook it well.
  8. In the end add egg, when the egg is cooked then add ready noodles mix it well.
  9. In the end add mango cubes, mix it well dish out it, then garnish it with green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Choco Mango Cool Delight:

  • Mangoes 2-3
  • Jelly 1 packet
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Mango ice cream 1-2 scoop
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour water in a pan, add jelly mix it well, place it in room temperature, cool it, then freeze it well.
  2. Now add jelly cubes, then add mango, sugar, chocolate, cook it well so that all the ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Then add corn flour with water, when the sauce becomes thick then remove it from stove.
  4. Now put it into serving glass put jelly cubes,mango icing, mango cubes, garnish it well, freeze it.
  5. When it becomes cool then serve it.
