Ingredients For Punjabi Karhi:   
  
Yogurt  1/2 kg   
Spinach 1 kg   
Chaj yogurt  1/2 liter   
Gram flour   250 gm   
Turmeric  1 tsp   
Salt  1 tsp   
Red chili powder 1 tbsp   
Fenugreek seeds  1 tbsp    
For Tarka:   
  
Garlic cloves 6   
Round chili 6   
Curry leaves  6   
Oil  1/2 cup   
Cumin seeds  1 tsp    
For Making Fritter (Pokaro):   
  
Gram flour  250 gm   
Chopped onion 1    
Cumin seeds 1 tsp   
Red chili powder  1 tsp   
Salt  1/2 tsp   
Oil  as required    
Method:   
  
Pour oil add fenugreek leaves.   
When it starts to smell then add spinach.   
Along chopped red chilies, turmeric, salt roast it well.   
Then add chaj, flour, beat it well add spinach, let it cook for half an hour.   
Now for making pakora, take a flour, cumin, chopped red chilies, salt, onions then fry it in hot oil.   
When curry becomes ready, then add ready pakora.   
Pour oil in end with garlic cloves, round chilies, cumin, curry leaves, fry it well and put it in a pan.      
Ingredients For Reshmi Kabab:   
  
Chicken mince 1/2 kg   
Charbi 125 gm   
Onion  2   
Green chili  4   
All spice powder 1 tsp   
Salt  1 tsp   
Fried and white cumin seeds  1 tsp   
Fried and whole coriander  1 tsp   
Red chili powder  2 tsp   
Ginger garlic  2 tbsp   
Green coriander  2 tbsp   
Mint leaves  2 tbsp   
Chinese salt  1 tsp   
Oil  as required    
Method:   
  
Take a chicken mince, fat, onion, green coriander, mint, green chilies, salt chop it well.   
Now add Chinese salt, chopped red chilies, chopped and roasted whole coriander, chopped and crushed white cumin, chopped garam masala, mix it well.   
After that put them in skewers and pour oil give steam of coals or bake it oven.      
Ingredients For Meva Bahar Kulfi:   
  
Milk  1/2 liter   
Cream  1 packet   
Khoya  1 up   
Condensed milk 1 cup   
Sugar  1/2 cup   
Almonds  25 gm   
Peanuts 25 gm   
Walnut  25 gm   
Green coconut powder  50 gm   
Kewra  1 tsp   
Corn flour 1 tbsp   
Cardamom powder  1/4 tsp   
Yellow food color  1 pinch   
Silver leaf  as required    
Method:   
  
Pour milk in a pan.   
When it is boiled then add sugar.   
Along corn flour in water, mix it in milk.   
When it turns to thick then add pinch of yellow color, kewra, chopped cardamom, khoya, cream, condensed milk, almonds, walnuts, chopped pistachio.   
Then make it cool put it into mould and freeze it, place it in a fridge for 4 hours.   
Then take it out from mould and add green coconut powder, sprinkle silver paper for garnishing.
