Ingredients For Dahi Baray: 
Mash ki daal  1 cup 
Moong ki daal  1/2 cup 
Ginger  1 inch piece 
Crushed red pepper  1 tsp 
White cumin  1/2 tsp 
Baking soda  1/2 tsp 
Yogurt  1 kg 
Sugar 2 tbsp 
Salt  1/2 tsp 
Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp 
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp 
Milk  1/2 cup  
Method: 
First Add mash ki daal, moong ki daal, ginger, chopped red chilies, white cumin, salt in a blender. 
Before frying add baking soda, beat it well. 
Now pour oil make portions of this batter, fry it, until it becomes light golden. 
Then take it out and cool it, keep it in water for 30 minutes. 
Now add yogurt, salt, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies mix it well. 
Then take out yogurt in a bowl, pour milk and mix it. 
After that add put the fried pakora's in a mixture, take in out in a platter and pour remaining yogurt on its top. 
Put chopped fenugreek , chaat masala, red chilies and green coriander then serve.  
Ingredients For Aloo Ki Katlian: 
Potatoes 250 gm 
Onion  1  
Tomato  1  
Salt 1 tsp 
Crushed red pepper  1 tsp 
Methi  1 bunch 
White cumin  1/2 tsp 
Turmeric  1/4 tsp 
Coriander leaves  2 tbsp 
Green chilies  2 
Oil  1/2 cup  
Method: 
First pour oil add chopped onions, white cumin, chopped methi, fry ti for 2 minutes. 
Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, fry it well. 
Then pour water cover and let it cook, until it becomes ready. 
Then add green coriander, chopped green chilies serve it with paratha.  
Ingredients For Khatti Meethi Chutney: 
Thick imli pulp 1 cup 
Sugar 1/2 cup 
Chili powder 1/2 tsp 
Cumin powde r1/2 tsp 
Salt  1/2 tsp 
Garlic paste  1/2 tsp  
Method: 
First add tamarind make it thick add sugar, chopped red chilies, 
chopped cumin, salt, garlic paste cook it well, until it becomes thick.  
Ingredients For Taskeen-e-Jaan Sharbat: 
Milk  1 kg 
Sugar  6 to 7 tbsp 
Tuk malinga  2 tbsp 
Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp 
Pink color  few drops 
Almonds & pistachio  4 tbsp 
China grass  2 tbsp 
Red color  few drops  
Method: 
First take a bowl add china grass, with water few drops of red color. 
Now pour milk, add sugar, vanilla essence, chopped almonds, few drops of pink color, tuk malinga and china grass mix them well.
