Ingredients For Two Tone Chocolate Cheese Cake:

For Base:

  • Any chocolate biscuit  2 cups
  • Butter melted  3 ounce

For Filling

  • Curd cheese  8 ounce
  • Condensed milk  half cup
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream whipped  8 ounces
  • Dark chocolate melted  4 ounce
  • White chocolate melted  4 ounces
  • Gelatin  2 tbsp
  • Whipped cream  for decoration
  • Chocolate  for decoration

Method:

  1. For making base add chocolate biscuit crushed and melted butter mix it well.
  2. Now spread the base on spring form tin make it cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Then take a bowl add cheddar cheese, fresh cream beat it well, until it becomes smooth.
  4. Now divide it into two pieces add melted dark chocolate and melted white chocolate.
  5. Then put it on biscuit base swirl it with knife.
  6. Now make it cool, until it becomes smooth.
  7. Garnish it with beated cream and chocolate then serve.

Ingredients For Singaporean Rice Casserole:

  • Boiled rice  4 cups
  • Macaroni boiled  1 cup
  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopperized tomatoes  4
  • Capsicum  1
  • Spring onion 1 1/2 cup
  • Garlic 20
  • Onion  2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Chili sauce 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
  • Wooster sauce  2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  1 cup
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a a pan add onion fry it, until it becomes soft.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, chicken cubes, chopped tomatoes, soya sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce, chopped red chilies, salt and wooster sauce let it cook until the oil comes up.
  3. Then add green onion and capsicum cubes mix it and take it out.
  4. For assembling grease the caserol with butter.
  5. Now add boiled rice make its layer. Cover it with chicken gravy.
  6. Put boiled macaroni, mayonnaise mix it in chili garlic sauce.
  7. Then add fried garlic, green chilies slices and cheddar cheese bake it on 200 degree For 10 minutes.

Ingredients For Imperial Chicken Kababs:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  2 tbsp
  • Allspice 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  pinch
  • Orange color  pinch
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Corn flour  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, garam masala, roasted and chopped cumin, turmeric, orange color, chopped red chilies, vinegar, egg, chopped coriander, salt and corn flour in chicken leave it to marinate.
  2. Now deep fry it for 20 minutes, until it becomes light golden and tender.
