Ingredients for Besan Gatta Curry:

  • Gram flour 250 gm
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mint 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Gravy:

  • Fenugreek seeds 10-12
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chili to taste
  • Mix spice powder as required

Ingredients for Sabzion Ki Khichdi:

  • Sela rice 1/2 kg
  • Yellow lentil 1/2 cup
  • Green peas 3/4 cup
  • Potato 1
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry ginger as required
