Ingredients For Grill Beef:   
  
Beef undercut 1 kg   
Potato boiled 1     
Capsicum 1   
Onion  2   
Cauliflower blanched half   
Water  1 cup   
Soya sauce  1/4 cup   
Oil 1/4 cup   
Sesame seeds roasted  1 tsp   
Mustard paste  1 tbsp   
Crushed black pepper  1 tbsp   
Worcester sauce  2 tbsp   
Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp   
Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp   
Salt to taste    
Method:   
  
After that take a pan, pour oil add vegetables, roasted white sesame seeds, chopped black pepper and salt saute it.   
When all the vegetables are ready then keep it on a side.   
Now remove it pan after 15 minutes then mix it.   
Then take it out, give it steam on grill pan, Along remaining sauce on its top.   
When it turns to golden color, take it out and make its slices.   
Decorate it on platter.   
Spread sauce on it and saute then serve.      
Ingredients For Sabzazar Chicken:   
  
Chicken  1/2 kg   
Yogurt  250 gm   
Onion  1   
Green chilies  6   
Garlic  6 cloves   
Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch   
Mint leaves  1/4 bunch   
Oil  1/4 cup   
Ginger  1 piece   
Dry fenugreek leaves  1 tsp   
Coriander crushed  1 tbsp   
Cumin crushed  1 tbsp   
All spice powder 1 tsp   
Salt to taste    
Method:   
  
First blend the onions, green chilies, green coriander, mint, ginger, garlic and yogurt, chop it well and keep it on a side.   
Now pour oil add chicken roast it well and make it golden.   
Then add chopped masala, coriander, chopped cumin, chopped garam masala and salt mix it and simmer it.   
Keep it on high temperature for 8 to 10 minutes.   
When the oil starts to show then take it out and serve.
