Ice Cream Souffle, Chinoti Stuffed Chicken And Chicken Jalfrezi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Ice Cream Souffle:

  • Chopped pineapple 1 cup
  • Pineapple jelly 1 packet
  • Water 1 cup
  • Gelatin  1 tbsp
  • Vanilla ice cream half liter
  • Fresh cream  200 gm

Method:

  1. First saturate the chopped pineapple jelly pour water.
  2. Add pineapple syrup mix it well and add jelly.
  3. Beat the vanilla ice cream and fresh cream.
  4. Then add jelly, lemon juice mix it well and take it out in a serving bowl.
  5. Now set it and freeze it, garnish it with fresh cream and cheese.

Ingredients For Chinoti Stuffed Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg whole
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp

Ground To a Paste:

  • Tomato 1 small
  • Brown onion  2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 8 to 10
  • Green chilies 6
  • Yogurt  4 tbsp

For Stuffing:

  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Aloo Bukhara 6
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies  3

Method:

  1. First put the tomatoes, fried onions, green coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and yogurt grind it well.
  2. Now add chicken with masala, salt, chopped red chilies, lemon juice, ginger garlic and garam masala for marination knead it well and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Now fill the stiffing in chicken and tie it with thread.
  4. Then pour oil keep its temperature on low cook it from both sides, until it becomes light golden.
  5. After that put half masala keep its temperature low and leave it.
  6. Then serve it with fries.

Ingredients For Chicken Jalfrezi:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum  1
  • Ginger  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  3
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Ketchup 1/4 cups
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • DP sauce  1 tsp
  • Allspice 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add chopped onions fry it for 1 minute.
  2. Now add ginger garlic, chicken stir piece fry it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add red chilies, turmeric, black pepper, mustard powder, salt, soya sauce, ketchup, dp sauce, water, tomato cubes, capsicum, green chilies, stir piece and chopped green coriander.
  4. Serve it with naan.
