Chanp Fry, BBQ Mutton Leg And Fruit Cheesecake by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For BBQ Mutton Leg:

  • Mutton leg 1
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar  4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First make the mutton leg boneless and open it like a book.
  2. Take a tray add ginger garlic paste and papaya paste marinate it from both sides.
  3. Then add salt, chopped black pepper, lemon juice, lemon skin, worcester sauce, food vinegar and oil mix it well.
  4. Add chopped mint, chopped red chilies and brown sugar on its top marinate it well.
  5. Then give it steam of coal on grill pan cook it from both sides.
  6. When it becomes golden brown then serve it.

Ingredients For Fruit Cheesecake:

  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Cottage cheese 300 gm
  • Fresh cream 300 gm
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • China grass 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Sooper Biscuit  as required
  • Butter melted  as required

Method:

  1. For making base take a bowl add melted butter, then spread it on mould.
  2. Press it nicely so that it is jammed, then keep it in fridge.
  3. Now pour water, china grass and lemon juice cook it.
  4. Then add walnut chop it well.
  5. Now blend the cottage cheese, fresh cream, sugar and yogurt blend it well.
  6. Then keep it in fridge for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. When it is nicely jammed then cut it and serve.

Ingredients For Chanp Fry:

  • Chops 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Egg 2
  • Flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First pour oil add ginger garlic paste and chops roast it so that it is cooking nicely.
  2. Then add yogurt, turmeric, chopped garam masala, dry mango powder, chopped red chilies, salt and water cover and let it cook.
  3. When the chop are tendered after 25 to 30 minutes, remove its cover keep its temperature high turn off the stove and keep it on a side.
  4. Now beat the eggs mix flour, then beat it well.
  5. Now dip the chop into egg, coat it with bread crumbs.
  6. When all the chops becomes ready then pour oil fry it.
  7. Delicious chanp fry is ready.
