Ingredients for Tandoori Prawn Masala:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 2 cup
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic 5-6 pieces
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Vermicelli Cup Cake:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Plain four 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Vermicelli 1/4 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Black Pepper Rice:

  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 1
  • Curry leaves 12
  • Black mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Basmati rice 400 gm
  • Water 2-1/2 cups
