  • Boiled noodles 4 cup
  • Red chili 2
  • Onion 2
  • Shrimps 250 gm
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Instant peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Eggs omelet for garnish
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp


  1. Put red chili, onion and garlic in food processor and make paste.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add chili garlic paste and stir it for few minutes.
  3. Then add fish sauce, tamarind paste, soya sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice, mix it nicely, put shrimps, noodles and bean sprout and stir it.
  4. Then take out in serving platter, garnish with eggs omelet, peanuts and coriander leaves and serve.

Pad Thai is delicious stir fried rice noodle dish. It is commonly served as street food in Thailand. You must try this recipe for change.
