Beijing Soup

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 125 gm
  • Chicken or Beef stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Chopped mushroom 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Spring onion 3-4
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic.
  2. Then add beef mince and roast it.
  3. Now add onion, mushroom, carrot, soya sauce, black pepper and spring onion and mix it.
  4. Then add stock and cook until it boils.
  5. Now add eggs and mix it.
  6. Then put corn flour and cook until thick.
  7. Then take out in dish, garnish with spring onion and serve.

Beijing Soup is delicious Chinese soup. It is prepared with beef mince & vegetables. Try this other variety of soup at home.
