Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Stock 1 liter
  • Eggs 2
  • Cream of corn 1 small tin
  • Sesame oil few drops
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Tender chicken, take it out and make small small pieces.
  2. Now separate 1 cup stock from 1 liter.
  3. Then put stock and cream of corn in pot and cook on low flame.
  4. When it boils, add chicken cube flour, sugar, white pepper and chicken pieces and stir it.
  5. When all ingredients are combined, put oil.
  6. Now beat eggs slightly.
  7. Then dissolve corn flour 1 cup stock, add in soup and stir it.
  8. Then remove pot from stove, put eggs after 2-3 minutes, stir it fast and keep pot again on stove.
  9. When eggs break into pieces, put sesame oil and serve hot.

Chicken Corn Soup is delicious winter soup. It is prepared with chicken, corn & eggs. It is common street soup in Pakistan. It is easy & simple recipe to make.
