Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • Spiral pasta 2 cups
  • Chopped carrot 1
  • Green onion 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped cucumber 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Green & black olives few
  • Chopped onion 1

For Dressing:

  • Lemon juice 2 lemons
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put pasta in small pot and boil in salted water.
  2. Now put carrot, spring onion, capsicum, tomato, cucumber, olives and onion in bowl and mix it nicely.
  3. Now mix vegetables and cooled pasta.
  4. Now add olive oil, salt, red chili, garlic and lemon juice and mix it.
  5. Now sprinkle cheese, cool it for 1 hour and serve.

Pasta Salad is healthy dish. The addition of vegetables is wonderful. It is common pasta dish and easy to prepare.
