					Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
 
- Sugar 1 cup
 
- Tatri 1/4 tsp
 
- Alum (phitkari powder) 1/4 tsp
 
- Samnak 2 tbsp
 
- Ghee 1/2 cup
 
- Flour 4 tbsp
 
- Almonds 50 gm
 
- Dates 50 gm
 
- Chopped coconut slice 50 gm
 
- Raisins 50 gm
 
Method:
- Put 3 cup milk in pot.
 
- Put samnak and flour in 1 cup milk and mix it nicely.
 
- Now put mixture in pot, whisk it and mix it nicely.
 
- Then cook on stove and stir it continuously.
 
- Dissolve tatri and phitkari in 1/4 cup water in cup.
 
- When boils comes on sides of pan, close stove.
 
- Then add tatri and phitkari gradually gradually.
 
- Wait for water to come on surface.
 
- If it was not, dissolve 1 tsp tatri and 1 tsp phitkari in little water, add and dry water.
 
- Now add ghee and sugar.
 
- When water of sugar dries, put almonds, dates, coconut and raisins and serve.
 
								
					  
					
					Dry Fruit Halwa is delicious sweet dish. It is prepared with nuts, dates & coconut. It is commonly eaten in winter season.
