Green Salad

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Broccoli 4 stalks
  • Cabbage leaves 3
  • French beans 3 stalks
  • Virgin oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt, black pepper, lemon juice and sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Cube or dice eggs and tomatoes.
  2. Pluck broccoli flowers from stalks and use stalks also.
  3. Cut cabbage leaves into two.
  4. Slice French beans and then cut into two.
  5. Toss all vegetables in virgin oil with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar.
