Fish In Foil

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Oregano or dry herb 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients nicely and coat fish fillet nicely.
- Now wrap each fillet in foil, keep in steamer and cook until ready.
Fish In Foil is wonderful dish. Fish is coated, wrapped in foil and cooked in steamer. It is easy dish to prepare.
