Fish In Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 400 gm
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp

For Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 3 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/4 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients for coating, toss fish fillet in it, shallow fry it and take it out.
  2. For sauce: Heat butter and fry garlic.
  3. Now put all ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Take out fish in dish, put sauce, garnish with green onion and serve.

Fish In Lemon Butter Sauce is delicious dish. Fish is coated with maida mixture and shallow fried. Topped with lemon butter sauce and serve with rice.
