Peshawari Vegetable Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Carrots grated 2
  • Dill finely chopped 2 bunch
  • Green crushed 6
  • Peas peeled 1/2 cup
  • Seam ki phalli 8
  • Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg whites 2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 2
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Put peas and small pieces of seam ki phalli in chopper and chop it.
  2. Now mash potatoes.
  3. Put carrots, seam ki phalli, peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon juice, red chili, cumin, black pepper, rice flour and salt, mix it nicely and make kabab.
  4. Dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan and fry kabab.
  6. When golden brown, take it out and serve with tamarind chutney.

Peshawari Vegetable Kabab is tasty kabab. It is prepared with mix vegetables and make kabab. Dipped in egg whites, coated with bread crumbs and fries.
