					Ingredients:
- Chicken 300 gm
 
- Lemon juice 3/4 tbsp
 
- Salt to taste
 
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
 
- All spice powder 3/4 tsp
 
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
 
- Oil 3/4 tbsp
 
For Gravy:
- Slit tomatoes 500 gm
 
- Onions 100 gm
 
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
 
- All spice powder 3/4 tsp
 
- Kashmiri red chili powder 2 tbsp
 
- Green chilies 2
 
- Butter 5 tbsp
 
- Cream 3 tbsp
 
- Almonds crushed 10
 
- Sugar 1/2 tbsp
 
- Salt as required
 
- Cashew nuts 50 gm
 
- Coriander leaves for garnish
 
Direction:
- Marinate chicken with red chili powder, lemon juice and salt for 20 minutes.
 
- Now put oil, ginger garlic paste and all spice powder.
 
- Now put chicken in pan and cook on high flame.
 
- When chicken cooks, take out in pan.
 
- For gravy: Heat butter in other pan and cook onions.
 
- When onions are cooked, add tomatoes, almonds and cashew nuts.
 
- fry dry spices and fry for 2 minutes.
 
- Now put ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili, sugar and salt and cook until puree is thick.
 
- Then simmer it for 3-5 minutes and add chicken.
 
- Now put all spice powder.
 
- Then garnish with cream and coriander leaves and serve.
 
								
					  
					
					Butter Chicken is mouth-washing and delicious dish. Chicken is marinated and cooked. Then mixed with tomato & butter gravy and garnished with cream & coriander leaves. Serve with hot naan and raita. It is easy recipe to make.
