Ingredients for Palak Chana:

  • Bell chickpeas 2 cup
  • Spinach 1-1/2 bunch
  • Oil for cooking
  • Dry fenugreek as required
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • ginger for garnish
  • Naan for serving
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste as required
  • Onion 1-1/2
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema Bhare Baigan:

  • Brinjal 4
  • Oil for cooking
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato 2
  • Mince 400 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp

For Masala:

  • Tomato 6
  • Oil for frying
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 5-6
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Rice for serving
