Ingredients for Chocolate Puff Bars:

For Custard:

  • 250 grams milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 8 ounces puff pastry
  • 100 grams chocolate chips

Ingredients for Coconut Smoothie:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 packet badami kulfa balls
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for Puff Pastry:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Master puff 400-500 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water to knead dough

Ingredients for Quiche Lauren:

  • 250 grams milk or cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 grams chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams cheese
  • 8 ounces puff pastry

Ingredients for Puff Fish:

  • Puff pastry 8 ounces
  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg

For Chutney:

  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Mint 15 leaves
  • Green chillies 6
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
