Ingredients for Lemon Cheesecake:

  • Digested biscuit 1 packet
  • Butter 3 oz
  • Caster sugar 2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Hang yogurt 8 oz
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Caster sugar 4 oz
  • Eggs 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Red cherry for decoration

Ingredients for Handi Tikya Kabab:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2

For Masala:

  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomato 2
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Pasanda Masala:

  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Clove 1 tbsp
  • Mace 1 tbsp
  • Degi mirch powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 4
  • Roasted gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom 10
  • Critic acid 1/2 tsp
