Ingredients for Murgh Taka Tak:

  • Boneless chicken 500 grams
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh fenugreek 1 cup

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic Prawn Masala:

  • Peeled prawns 500 grams
  • Chopped tomatoes 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Lemon 1
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Naubahar Salad:

  • Diced cabbage 1/4 cup
  • Diced carrot 1
  • Diced cucumber 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Diced apple 1
  • Diced capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Chopped mint 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Diced onion 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
