Ingredients for Turi Gosht:

  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Zucchini 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon 3

Ingredients for Baigan Ka Bharta Keema:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Eggplant 1/2 kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Tomato 2
  • Garlic as required
  • Green chilli 4-6
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix spices powder as required
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Coriander powder as required
  • Oil 2 cup
  • Tamarind to taste
  • Naan for serving

Ingredients for Aloo Fish Ka Salan:

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Garlic 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander as required
  • Dry fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Coriander 125 gm
