Ingredients for Daal Makhni:

  • Black lentil 1 cup
  • Red beans  1 cup
  • Coriander powder  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Tamarind paste  1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream  1 packet
  • Salt  to taste
  • Butter  1 small packet
  • Garlic cloves  4
  • Clarified butter  1/2 cup

Ingredients for Dhabay Ki Mashoor Fry Daal Chana:

  • Gram lentil  1/2 kg
  • Water  1 liter
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/4 liter
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion  1
  • Red chili  1/2 tsp

To Fry The Daal:

  • Chopped ginger  1/2 inch piece
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes  2
  • Green coriander  some
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Salt  to garnish
  • Chopped coriander  to garnish

Ingredients for Podinay Wala Keema:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Green chilies  6
  • Fresh red chilies  4
  • Salt  to taste
  • Onion  4
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Lemons  2
  • Clarified butter  1 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
