Chanp Fry, Chatpati Chicken And Kaddo Ki Bhaaji by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chanp Fry:

  • Chops  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  125 gm
  • Egg  2
  • Flour  2-3 tbsp
  • Breads crumbs  1 cup
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  for fry


  1. First pour oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, chops roast it well so that its rawness finishes.
  2. Then add yogurt, turmeric, chopped garam masala, dry mango powder, red chili, salt, water cover and let it cook.
  3. When the chops are tendered after 25 to 30 minutes, then remove its cover and cook it on high temperature so that water dries then turn off the stove and keep the chops on a side.
  4. Now beat the eggs, add flour beat it well.
  5. Now dip the chops into egg, and coat it in breadcrumbs.
  6. When the chops are ready then pour oil and fry them, Delicious chops are ready to eat.

Ingredients For Chatpati Chicken:

  • Chicken Breast 1/2 kg
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum  1
  • Onion  1
  • Potatoes  2
  • Orange juice  1 cup
  • Rosemary  1 tsp
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Crushed fennel seeds  1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste


  1. First put the stir pieces of chicken breast.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add onion, chopped garlic paste, when the chicken starts to change its color and it is cooked.
  3. Now add lemon juice, orange juice, rosemary, oregano, fennel, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, salt mix it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Then add long capsicum, red capsicum, chopped tomatoes, cook it more for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Now add corn flour saturate it with water to make it thick.
  6. Then mix it and take it out add boiled rice or fries for serving.

Ingredients For Kaddo Ki Bhaaji:

  • Pumpkin 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes boiled  2
  • Onion  2
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Crushed chilies  4
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup


  1. First wash the kaddo and make its small pieces.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add onions, ginger garlic paste cook it till its becomes soft.
  3. Then add boiled tomatoes, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped turmeric, mustard seeds, salt, onion seeds mix it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Now add pumpkin with water cover and let it be on simmer.
  5. Cover it for 15 to 20 minutes, when the pumpkin are tendered then roast it.
  6. After that add green chilies, green coriander mix it well take it out in a dish then serve.
